Healthy Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin, canned (not pie filling)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt plain 
  • 3/4 cup low fat milk, coconut milk or almond milk

Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
