2 cups Rolled Oats (not Instant)
1⁄3 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1⁄2 cup Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
1⁄2 cup Walnuts (optional)
1⁄3 cup Dried Fruit of your choice
Combine all ingredients in Large Glass Bowl and Mix well.
Transfer this mixture to a greased baking tray and press it into a thin layer using a spatula.
Bake 20-27 Minutes Check and Stir at 20 minutes
